How do I order online?

Navigate to your school via SHOP.  To make a purchase, simply browse for the product you’re interested in.  Confirm size preference where applicable and then simply click on “Add to Basket.”

When you’ve completed your shopping, click on “Shopping Bag” at the top right side of the screen, and we will guide you through our easy checkout process.

If you are a Dobsons customer, please log in to see current offers available to you and your previous purchase history.

Once we receive your order, we’ll send you an email notification and official tax invoice with your order details attached. Please check it carefully and contact us on 8788 7500 or email us at sales@dobsons.com.au if you discover any problems with your order.

Can I return my online purchase if I change my mind?

Of course.  If you change your mind or select the wrong size, you are welcome to return your online purchase to us for a full refund or exchange. Please refer to our Return Policy page for more details.

What if my purchase is lost in transit or damaged?

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days of placing the order at sales@dobsons.com.au for investigation.

What if I'm sent the wrong items?

Our Dobsons online team take every care to ensure all deliveries from us are exactly what you asked for. However, if you do receive an incorrect item/s please contact us at sales@dobsons.com.au to arrange a free replacement item (postage and packaging for the replacement item will be at our cost).

You are also welcome to return the merchandise by post or in person to a Dobsons store for a full refund.

How can I pay for my online purchases?

How secure are my credit card and my personal information?

All information submitted to www.dobsons.com.au and any associated websites is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software.

Who do I contact if I am having trouble placing an order online?

You are welcome to contact us on 8788 7500 or email Dobsons customer care via sales@dobsons.com.au.  If possible, please quote your name, order number and school so we can identify you.

How does the Wishlist function work?

Once you have logged in to the Dobsons website, you will notice an “❤ Add to Wishlist” function which is designed to help you remember your favourite school wear items.

To access your created list, just click on the Wishlist button at the top right of the page,  You can then choose items from your list to purchase by adding them to your shopping basket.

Can I change my online order once I have placed it?

Once you click the “confirm” button, your order begins to process. However, if you contact us immediately and the product has not been dispatched you are welcome to change your mind.  If the goods have been dispatched and your purchase arrives, you are welcome to return it. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.

Are there any items that can't be returned?

All clearance and/or sale items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, return or exchange. We offer an incredibly fair refund, return or exchange program however this does not extend to items which become obsolete as stipulated by your school.

How do I open a Dobsons Account?

Dobsons credit accounts can be opened in store with photo identification.  Applications may also been downloaded here.  Simply bring your completed account form in store to open your Dobsons account.

I may have received a hoaxed email. Can you help?

Dobsons will never contact you without notice to ask for your personal information, Dobsons account or credit card information.  If you feel you have received a hoax email, please delete it immediately and contact us on 8788 7500 or sales@alistair

Are your uniforms ethnically sourced?

For international production, we work closely with factories to ensure our standards and the standards of our customers are being met and surpassed.  In most cases, Dobsons has long term associations that span decades allowing intimate knowledge of each organisation, their ethics, procedures and operations.

At Dobsons, we source all products ethically.

Dobsons conduct regular inspections of our suppliers to ensure our products are being made in facilities where conditions are ethical and socially responsible.

Our current uniform suppliers is letting us down with supply. What can we do?

Normally most supply issues are easily fixed thanks to our stock service levels.  We also have a dedicated production team on standby who can create high quality, affordable uniforms on demand.  You are welcome to contact a Dobsons representative to arrange a meeting to discuss your options.  Alternatively, please ask your school to contact us to determine if our services meet the needs of your community.
