1. In store application
The application process takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and will be kept on file for up to 12 months or longer if you would like us to inform you when positions become available.
2. Phone interview
You may be contacted to discuss your application and expectations prior to a face to face interview. A phone interview is usually conducted for more specialised corporate roles to ensure you have enough information to make an informed decision about your application. It is also used to short list a large number of applications.
3. Face to face interview
Takes place at one of our regional stores or a metro location. Interviews will generally consist of a variety of questions regarding your skills, experience and career aspirations. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions about the role, the team and the company.
4. Reference checks
All roles that require previous employment experience will include a reference check as part of the recruitment process. You will be notified if referees are to be contacted. Any staff placed on school grounds will be required to undertake a police check.
Dobsons Pty Ltd will provide a written offer and employment agreement when the application has been successful.
You will be provided with an induction program and training will begin straight away.
